Perfect harmony, the perfect line for me!
DU's complete analysis of various nose types!
DU Plastic Surgery's Precision 3D CT Analysis & Simulation System
The beginning of surgery is ‘accurate analysis’.
3D CT scans allow for a detailed analysis of the nasal bone, cartilage, skin thickness, and even the structure of the nasal septum. Hidden asymmetries, bends, and inclinations are all identified, allowing for a personalized rhinoplasty plan that perfectly balances the individual's face, including height, angle, and line.
A design that fits my face perfectly, and I can check and choose the nose line I want with my own eyes through digital simulation. You can.
We predict the post-operative appearance and plan based on sufficient communication and trust regarding the design.

Rhinoplasty Types of self-organization
DU Plastic Surgery uses artificial implants, autologous/donor implants, etc. depending on the individual's condition.
Use them harmoniously Improved to a natural and ideal nose line.
ear cartilage
The cartilage of the ear has a curved structure and elasticity that makes it ideal for shaping the tip of the nose. Its thin structure allows for a natural, smooth shaping of the tip. Scars are virtually invisible, and the ear shape remains unchanged.
Septal cartilage
The nasal septum is a cartilage located in the center of the nose. It is the most commonly used autologous tissue to support or angle the nasal tip. Its structural stability and ease of access make it a preferred choice for primary surgery.
costal cartilage
Costal cartilage is used when autologous cartilage is insufficient or when a large amount of cartilage is needed for revision surgery. Costal cartilage possesses strong support and excellent shape retention, making it useful for high-difficulty procedures such as nasal column reinforcement, nasal tip reconstruction, and restoration of deformed structures. It is usually harvested from the 6th to 8th costal cartilage, and a thorough understanding of anatomy is essential for safe harvesting.
Autologous dermis
This procedure is used when the skin has become thin due to previous surgery or when there is a risk of direct exposure of cartilage. The dermis adds natural thickness and acts as a protective layer, resulting in stable, natural-looking results for patients with thin skin.
temporalis fascia
Fascia harvested from the temporal region is thin and flexible, and is often used to wrap over cartilage. It is particularly effective in softening the tissue's borders and preventing bleed-through, especially in cases where the skin is thin and the cartilage is likely to be visible.
autologous fat
It is used to supplement thinning skin or create a smooth contour. Injected in small amounts into the tip or bridge of the nose, it acts as a stabilizing supportive tissue between the cartilage and skin.
