Non-Implant Rhinoplasty

# As comfortable as my nose
# Rhinoplasty without worrying about side effects

What is non-implant rhinoplasty?

Create a beautiful nose line without implants

By reducing the wide nostrils to fit the face and making them slimmer, you can create a soft and slim line, giving you a sophisticated image.

Based on a deep understanding of cartilage anatomy and structural stability, we use nasal septal cartilage, ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, autologous dermis, etc. By precisely combining only autologous tissues that are suitable for the individual's condition, a natural and harmonious nose height and line are completed without prosthetics.

DU non-implant rhinoplasty Types of self-organization

DU Plastic Surgery performs non-implant rhinoplasty according to the patient's anatomical structure and surgical purpose.
By customizing various self-organizations, Designing a safe and natural nose line.

ear cartilage

The cartilage of the ear has a curved structure and elasticity that makes it ideal for shaping the tip of the nose. Its thin structure allows for a natural, smooth shaping of the tip. Scars are virtually invisible, and the ear shape remains unchanged.

Septal cartilage

The nasal septum is a cartilage located in the center of the nose. It is the most commonly used autologous tissue to support or angle the nasal tip. Its structural stability and ease of access make it a preferred choice for primary surgery.

costal cartilage

Costal cartilage is used when autologous cartilage is insufficient or when a large amount of cartilage is needed for revision surgery. Costal cartilage possesses strong support and excellent shape retention, making it useful for high-difficulty procedures such as nasal column reinforcement, nasal tip reconstruction, and restoration of deformed structures. It is usually harvested from the 6th to 8th costal cartilage, and a thorough understanding of anatomy is essential for safe harvesting.

Autologous dermis

This procedure is used when the skin has become thin due to previous surgery or when there is a risk of direct exposure of cartilage. The dermis adds natural thickness and acts as a protective layer, resulting in stable, natural-looking results for patients with thin skin.

temporalis fascia

Fascia harvested from the temporal region is thin and flexible, and is often used to wrap over cartilage. It is particularly effective in softening the tissue's borders and preventing bleed-through, especially in cases where the skin is thin and the cartilage is likely to be visible.

autologous fat

It is used to supplement thinning skin or create a smooth contour. Injected in small amounts into the tip or bridge of the nose, it acts as a stabilizing supportive tissue between the cartilage and skin.
