What is facelift surgery?

After the DU facelift
Postoperative Care
- After surgery, the tape will be removed as directed by the hospital.
- Swelling and bruising may be severe for 2-3 days after surgery and will gradually subside over 1-2 weeks.
- Washing your face and applying makeup is possible before removing the stitches, but avoid getting water on the wound as much as possible.
- It is advisable to be careful of strong impacts during the recovery period.
- Drinking and smoking are allowed for at least 4 weeks after surgery to allow the wound to heal.
