- Please use cold compresses for 7 days after surgery.
- Washing your face and applying makeup are possible after the stitches are removed.
- Avoid massage, high-frequency heat therapy, etc. for up to 4 weeks after surgery.
- Please wait a week before taking blood circulation enhancers, health supplements, etc. as they may cause bleeding.
- It is recommended to start exercising after 4 weeks.
- Please use bathhouses, steam rooms, saunas, etc. after 4 weeks.
- You must refrain from bowing your head or lying down.
- When sleeping, please lie down straight so that your neck is not bent.
- Please take only prescribed painkillers and antibiotics.
- Drinking and smoking are allowed after 4 weeks.
