Eye
There will be no second time, my last eye surgery!
What is eye surgery?
Unsatisfactory results from previous surgery—such as sausage-like swelling, asymmetry, deep or thick scars, unstable or loose creases, and unwanted multiple lines—can be precisely corrected at DU Plastic Surgery.
Through accurate anatomical analysis and delicate redesign, we remove previous scar tissue, perform only the minimal necessary incision, and complete the crease with micro-suturing.
Even though it is a revision procedure, the result is natural, stable, and the recovery is quick.
In particular, our triple-fixation technique (orbicularis oculi muscle, tarsal plate, and levator palpebrae superioris) recreates a clear, sophisticated eyelid line that remains secure without loosening.
For cases such as “sausage eyelids,” DU performs double-line correction with precision—preventing abnormal adhesion, redistributing fat, and softening double creases to restore a smooth, natural contour.
For anyone considering revision surgery, DU offers the opportunity to regain eyes that look even more beautiful and refined than before.

What's special about DU eye surgery?
DU double-line revision surgery
Sausage eyes, thick double eyelids
Correcting Precision reoperation technique
If the double eyelid line is too thick or there are double wrinkles due to the first surgery, making the eyes look stuffy and unnatural, this surgery creates a new incision line below the existing incision to hide the existing scar and create a thinner and more natural double eyelid.
The key is to prevent double wrinkles through precise peeling and redistribution of eyelid fat, and to treat existing scars so that they appear lighter. This is DU's unique know-how.

Postoperative Care
- After surgery, it is recommended to continue using cold compresses to manage swelling.
- Swelling and bruising may occur, and it may be helpful to avoid sleeping with your head down or on your stomach and to sleep with your head elevated.
- Avoid crying, rubbing your eyes, or squeezing them shut.
- Alcohol and smoking slow down recovery and should be avoided for at least four weeks.
- It is recommended that you do not wear contact lenses for two to four weeks.
- We recommend waiting at least two weeks before using simple eye makeup, and one month before using strong eye makeup such as false eyelashes.
- It is recommended to avoid going to steam rooms, saunas, etc. for a month.
